Successful Completion of Ph.D. in Statistics
Dr. Kayode Olakunle successfully completed his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Statistics at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Nigeria. His research focused on developing novel two-parameter shrinkage estimators to mitigate the effects of multicollinearity and outliers in Poisson regression models. The work integrates theoretical statistical modelling, mathematical derivation, Monte Carlo simulation, and computation to improve parameter estimation and statistical inference for count data models.
